We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe arrival of your return. Refund process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order. Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
